All items that are in stock will be sent out in two working days. If the items are not in stock we will inform you by email and let you know of a delivery date. Please note that we do not delivery on Saturdays.

If you receive an item damaged please sign for it damaged, and informs us immediately.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Little Giants. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at all times. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to Little Giants within 28 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging together with the delivery note.

Email or call us with your order number within 72 hours to inform us of your intention to return an item.

Make sure you tell us if you require a refund or exchange.

Return the item(s) to us unused and (wherever possible) in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt of your order, along with the original delivery note.

Items which are non-returnable are clearly marked within the product description. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Regrettably, self assembly items can not be returned once assembly is part or fully completed unless there is a manufacturing fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Goods are returned at your own cost. Exchanges will be sent FOC.

Damage or faulty goods will be replaced immediately or refunded in full.

We will e-mail you to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow us up to 21 days for replacement items.
